Delivery area

Nkoh Shop currently delivers throughout Belgium. Orders outside Belgian territory are not accepted at this time.

Lead times

• Orders placed before 2pm (business days): same-day dispatch, delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends: dispatch on the next business day.
• Once your parcel is picked up by the carrier, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping fees

Delivery fees are calculated automatically in your basket, based on your order total and the distance between your postcode and our shop in Geraardsbergen.

Restrictions

• Frozen products: not deliverable beyond 20 km from the shop. Choose collection in shop, or remove the frozen items from your order.
• Orders over 10 kg (bags of rice, oil drums and the like): contact us on WhatsApp so we can arrange a suitable delivery.

Receiving the parcel

On reception, check the condition of the parcel in front of the delivery person. In case of a damaged or missing product, contact us within 48h at info@nkohshop.be with a photo if possible. We replace or refund, no questions asked.

Absent at delivery

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. You can then pick up your parcel at a pickup point or request a new delivery.

Fresh products

Fresh products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. Keep them refrigerated as soon as you receive the parcel.
