
Chikwangue or chikuangue (kuanga in Lingala and Kikongo) – also called cassava stick or cassava bread.
It is a traditional dish from the Congo River basin, consumed in particular in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, the Republic of Congo, Angola1, Gabon and the Central African Republic2. Like foufou, it is a product derived from cassava3.
