VIRTUES/USE Tapioca is a starch produced from fermented, dried and then processed cassava roots. Containing vitamin C, iron, potassium, magnesium and gluten-free, it is used in a multitude of African recipes. They can either be soaked in cold water and sugar, or in boiled water to be eaten with the sauce of your choice, or better yet in a dry state. Either way, this feeling is from Africa and this product has a story about students, once students, workers and parents.
